Based entirely off of what Vic has said previously, he would likely accept any deal that gave him back his work, and maybe a slap on the wrist for Funi. Over and over again, it's "I didn't want this, I just want to work".

In the unlikely event they do give him back some work, I can see some requirements being made to include:

A,) It would have to be remote work, which means he would need his own studio(funi can pay for that).
B,) Guaranteed amount of time he can work for them(or be compensated with a good severance).

Again I do not see this happening as it would be easier just to pay him a sum of money and attempt to salvage any sort of PR they can.

Fun fact there you sheep. During the early stages of this I look through some past forums or reddit pages about Vic and all I got were his religion and him being bit of a diva. Nothing about being a straight pedo or he sexual harass my friend. Though I did remember reading a forum of that former Funi VA getting caught with CP and people in there thought it was Vic

I'm betting it was a combination of jealousy over the man's success as a VA, and the fact that he is indeed too nice for his own good. Probably it was thought he'd make an easy target that wouldn't fight back. Look at how the vast majority of these people react whenever they receive even a tiny bit of resistance to their bullshit; they wouldn't dare go after someone that clearly would hit right back.
