Gender cult Stockholme syndrome, it reads like they wrote that with either the surgeon or the troon LGBTQ community holding a loaded gun to their head. Imagine if they'd said anything different, they would be excommunicated from their social group and wouldn't get a penny of assistance, or any other kind of help or sympathy.

TL;DR: One of the founding members of the PC-USA (Party of Communists USA), Peter Korman, came forward with a series of allegations against the leadership of his local chapter. He claims that he was not alone in leaving the party, in fact, (according to him) there was pretty much a mass exodus/expulsion following the events he details, mainly consisting of (actual) women. Around 2014, so he says, transgender identity politics, pronouns, etc. started gaining influence in the party. That influence reached its zenith in 2018, when show trials began and people who had made statements that the 'court' deemed 'transphobic' were cast out of the organization. Many of the individuals who were purged were young, talented comrades, according to Korman; he considered these members necessary for the continued existence of the party, as most of the PC-USA'ers are cold war-era boomer hippies.
But none of that was the juicy part. Korman also alleges that $8000 from the party treasury was emptied out and spent on heroin, prostitutes, and painkillers. Orgies were held after party meetings, and the "straight party members" (not confirmed but most likely normal women) were coerced into having sex with people they didn't want to have sex with, presumably transgender MtFs (of course). People who objected to this were systematically harassed out of the party with violent threats from someone going by the alias of "Austin James".

(I) immediately realized that we were going to have a problem. ... I immediately motioned that we start ... to ensure the safety of our members, and to ensure that they could keep their positions and posts as they were again the only people capable of doing their jobs... We could not lose them... However; my motions and arguments were in vain... Our young charismatic leader of the youth was frightened off by these people. And the older leadership in their 60s and 70s of the newly formed Party of Communists USA. Did nothing to realize that they had lost indispensable members and indispensable powers..."
"At this meeting, (in 2018 ) there was a vote to impeach a steering committee member for supposedly anti-trans phobic statements. There were eight yeses and four dissents. And so a week later this “trial” and “impeachment.” would commence. The four members who had dissented against the identity politics and Internet lingo mumbo-jumbo that is to be found nowhere in Marxist literature from Marx to Sartre were thrown off phone calls that they legally had the right to be on and simply cut off from all leading membership. It was at this point that certain things were discovered, it was found that the entire treasury which again amounted to $8000 of everyone’s collective dues and money had been emptied out for sex orgies, were straight party members were attempted to be pressured into unwanted sexual acts. When they refused they were set upon by certain individuals who identified themselves as transgender. The money was spent on prostitutes and what was recently revealed to be large amounts of Heroin and prescription painkillers that were more than likely used intravenously."

Anyways, this is just western leftism in a nutshell. They wrote it that way because they're probably lying about everything and that money will go to "unexpected medical costs" and the troon will surely appear at some future date having had additional cosmetic surgery that does not succeed in helping them trick straight men into into sex.

The recent party communist conference was a rather entertaining watch. 90% of the talk was about bad words and hurt feelings. I don’t think they managed to get around to any policy talk during the entire time they were there.

Believe it or not, communist LARPing is actually a thing, I only found out about it recently through this comment:
