Did they have to pay anything for their own affidavits? Or was that billed to MoRonica? They just want to rack up and inflate the numbers to try to get Vic to pay as much as possible. It is kind of suspicious that the Fuher doesn't want to show the bills until they have a hearing. What have the defendants actually paid versus what they've been billed? I wonder. I always thought MoRonica intentially racked up their bills because they've been banking on this TCPA. They really want to punish Vic as horribly as they can. Scumbags.
