By not making any of the real changes they suggest when you are going for the surgery. Removing part of your stomach doesn't take you down to a svelte waistline on its own. You still need to not eat like a slob, workout regularly, see a psychiatrist about fixing bad habits like binge eating, and so on.
That guy is right on the money. At this point, Boogie should just coast. I've said before in this very thread that his podcast was really not bad, but if even that's too much work for him, he is megafucked. H3H3 outright said that their podcast highlights channel makes way more money than anything they post on the main channel now, and considering the lack of good gaming podcasts out there, Boogie and his friends could have a steady stream of income from that alone.

What chin?, ALL of them or just the smallest one? which I don't think he would had that much problem keeping all of them up, I mean, with all the exercise his jaws make I would like to think that his chin is strong as tits. As for the carry on part, it's either that or full blown bed ridden so yeah, not a lot of options here.
That generally goes without saying when it comes Boogie, hes been getting fatter for years, the surgery was simply the mepahorical shit to make more room for even more food.
boogie was a guest on another show, a British weight loss show called "supersize vs. superskinny" where an obese person and a skinny person ate each others' meals to see how the other eats on a regular basis. it's a decent show.
