How dare you shame her mental health and well-being. From that post alone you can tell they are more sound and sane!
No I mean it. She is probably quite right about this theory. More people in the industry will end up MeTooed, they had an entire list called the "broken staircase". It will happen regardless if Monica and Jamie end up fired or not. They may or may not be #MeToo'ed by them. Since it appears to be an entire group hoarding information.

I swear these people are a odd mix off straight up Sharia and Extreme SJW-politicism that make no sense in a modern society. How do the two even work together?
It's rape and sexual assault if you brush by one of them, hug them, or look at them wrong. Or, they may feel sexually affronted if you kiss someone in their presence, and they did not consent to you doing so. But you're supposed to accept: sharing bathrooms and changing rooms, even though this will be heavily exploited by predators, people going to jail for years because they touched someone's arm. And: Believe everything a woman say because they said so. No proof needed. It also goes for any trans, or LGBTQ2S+ whatever it is these days.

Nah, not really. I'll admit that I'm probably exaggerating the worst-case scenerio, but as @MuchAdoAboutNothing pointed out in their much more eloquently written post, anime was getting the MeToo treatment even before Monica and Jamie opened their mouths. If they hadn't started it, somebody else would have--maybe not a VA, and maybe they wouldn't have targeted Vic, but it'd been brewing for quite some time.

One could argue that they didn't truly start it. It was Nyahko who posted on PULL who was the originator of the sexual assault claims. It could be some of them were in on it and that is part of the reason they are fighting discovery with tooth and nail.
Then Marzgurl and Hanleia picked it up. Then somewhere down the road, I think Monica and Jamie saw an oppertunity and joined in on the fun. Perhaps fuelled by jelaousy, perhaps conspiring with others cause they wanted to get rid of Vic for who knows what reasons. Either way, Nyahko's original story was disproven and there are posts in the pull-thread who makes it clear why everything is a lie. It was well and throughoughly disproved by both @PrimrosePath, who appear to have been deleted and @Zero Day Defense. I believe there is one more, but can not find it atm, but will update the post when I do locate it.
Then the second story was about Illich, Monica's ex bf who happened to also be a groomin' pedo freak. Somehow this Nyahko managed to mistake Illich for Vic, not sure how, cause they sure as hell don't look alike.

Haha, maybe "started" was the wrong word to use. The way I see it, having well-known VAs accuse Vic gave the bullshit post the traction needed to spread; after Monica and Jamie chimed in, people forgot the PULL chick really fast, to the point where her story wasn't debunked until much later on into the shitshow.

It's frankly a pretty bad plea agreement, although not out of the ordinary for cases like this. He pleaded to the most serious charge and can get up to life. Although he is more likely to be sentenced along the lower 10 year end of the range, the judge isn't limited and could just straight up ignore sentencing guidelines and sentence him to up to life.
ETA: minimum is actually 10.
