Notice that he waited until the appeal was announced; it's just PR management for season 3. Keep people hyped by reminding them of the failure of the justice system in that ruling. It's also good to note the substance of nick's criticisms- it's at his misapplication of the law, not the nature of the ruling itself (ie, against vic). he's still being careful.

Boy. So he didn't catch that Nick was just referring to Chupp just dismissing everything because he doesn't want to do the actual work to make a legit ruling, huh? And that he never gave Ty an opportunity to argue their side? Which is why Vic has to appeal to begin with? Is this..is this catching on? Is everything just flying over this sped's head?

I misplace a few more braincells every time I see someone try to pretend "I want a threesome with twins" isn't as heavily entrenched in modern society as free love and booty calls. It's even a part of most eastern cultures.

If trying to have a threesome with twins was all Vic was accused of, there wouldn't even be a lawsuit. Defendants were supposed to show Vic did terrible, criminal things, not that he struck out with some women and took no for an answer every time.

Well, one of the accusations concerning the twins was that he's basically a sore loser.. He's accused to forcibly kissing them and otherwise battering them when they tried to leave after turning him down.

If you say "Can I kiss you, then?" and person #1 doesn't say no, then does nothing to resist you kissing them, and then person #2 also stands and patiently waits to be kissed, and neither one says a single negative word or makes an unhappy face about it...is it actually forcibly kissing them?

I hope at least some of Vic's actions make it past appeals, I want to see people like the Yost twins on the stand before a very hostile lawyer and see how well these ever changing stories hold up. Closest I've come is sitting in on trials during my high school legal studies course and it left an impression on me that I never wanted to be on the stand, under oath and being questioned by a hostile lawyer for any reason.

In last night's stream, Nick brought up something that I think is often overlooked: if Monica and Jamie "win" the TCPA, their male co-workers are next on the MeToo chopping block. Now, they can obviously dish out dirt about the Funimation actors who might be actual perverts (Sabat, Tatum), but if the way they treated Vic is any indication, they don't have a problem with making shit up from scratch. A male co-worker looked at Monica funny once, probably because he was horrified of her hideous dental work? BAM, he raped her. A VA director re-casted Jamie because he decided the character didn't have to be a Valley Girl? BAM, he raped her too. Male VAs giving the gruesome twosome a wide berth because they don't wanna be the next suckers accused of rape (also because they're fat)? BAM, they super-mega-ultra raped them at the same time, and probably raped Ron too.
Hell, it doesn't even have to be limited to conservative VAs like Vic, either. All those VAs that publically supported Monica and Jamie who went radio silent once more of the truth came out? For their sakes, I hope Monica and Jamie AREN'T keeping track of those VAs, because oh boy, wouldn't it be IRONIC if those bitter harpies decided to set their sights on them?
Now, I can't see the future, and I may be going full conspiracy tard here, but I predict that a lot of male VAs are going to be walking on eggshells for the next few months.
