They try to cram every female genital related word they possibly can into their descriptions. You don't sound medical or scientific, you sound gross- and for the most part you can get your point across without them. Pretty sure they just think that spewing vagina words proves they're women though.

Oh boy, this is good.
For starters, you know this dude would be in a women's shelter because his S/O had gotten tired of his shit and called him out on it. He'd scream gaslighting and emotional abuse, when we all know he's the abusive one.
Second, he would immediately claim transphobia if he got kicked out despite how even a biological female would get kicked out if they walked around with hard nipples or exposed underwear. Not only is the shelter filled with people who experienced sexual abuse, but there's often goddamn sexually abused children there.

Women don't have to douche their vaginas, because their vaginas are literally self cleaning with a rather acidic pH. Douching disturbs the flora of the vagina, resulting in increased pH and bacterial vaginosis or yeast overgrowth (although usually the former). Douching is discouraged by every real physician as it does nothing but increase problems.
At any rate, I do think that most of the troons urging other troons to get "the surgery" and raving about how awesome their vaginas look are non-op IRL and simply role playing their fantasies of having a perfect "cis vagina" that even a ob/gyn was fooled by.

I really would like them to explain this. Not that I have any reason to believe it. The whole notion is absurd, the idea that repurposed skin and a literal wound will magically maintain any sort of pH when it lacks the cells, enzymes, and secretions to do so beyond hair, sweat, and blood. But because I just want to adore the insane moon logic they use to justify such a blatant lie.

Fetuses have undifferentiated tissue called a "genital fold" in utero which forms into the appropriate reproductive organ depending on hormones produced by the gonads--testes or ovaries, as you'd guess. Past that point, they're not so "undifferentiated" anymore. Put simply, it's irreversible and you can't just "repurpose" already-developed tissue into something else entirely--you'd have better luck growing third arms onto a human using their severed thumb, unless Taiwanese plastic surgeons have somehow advanced stem cell research beyond that of Western medicine.
But, I was right. Their explanation is absolute drivel. Although I'm more annoyed than delighted to hear their attempt to explain it.
