What if Ron and Monica are spliting up? They literally filed a joint TCPA, what if they are now splitting up, or one of them is settling.
I dont think that will be it because most people saw that coming and we already know how that would affect the law suit.

That's a short sighted view in that case. Monnie will need a job to make weekly judgement payments in the event that Funi settles and Sony's ability to pay goes away

If they win TCPA, which i remind you is less than a months time, not only is it over, but they get atty fees, which means they got to spend nothing and its just over.
There's no rational reason to settle prior to the TCPA decision.

That doesn't really give Funi reason to settle, they could outright win in a few weeks. A few weeks is nothing in corporate timelines.
Settlement makes no sense prior to TCPA decision, its not happening.

How would Nick have a source on that tho? Wouldnt that break attorney client privilege? And again J Sean and Lawl Twitter would be eager to get out in from of that and stop Nick from controlling the narrative.
Nick said it isnt an action(I read that as legal action) taken by any of the parties. Also he says he has a source he isnt revealing for this info.
