I'm legitimately curious about this podcast and how the discussion goes. Obviously they are gonna shit on Nick, ISWV, and so on. There is no 'barely legal'. There's legal and illegal. Unless we're just going by kickvic logic, so propositioning 22 year old twins once is the exact same thing as grooming 13 year olds because he was in his 40s at the time.
The fact that Unlocked keeps him on and neither of the VAs running it have said anything, and when Emosh contacted them about Jennifer's newest attempt at TI they said 'yeah don't worry about that nonsense' says most likely he's just fine with the LA studios. Sentai Filmworks also apparently told Ty that Vic wasn't ever banned from their property. They're likely just being professional and know it's better not to say anything. If Vic were pursuing voice acting instead of a lawsuit, he'd probably have some new roles from them. I think it's just likely that Funimation/Sabat has enough influence that he has to sue to make a living (given the low pay for voice acting and Funimation's vice grip on two of the three corporations running cons).
I can only imagine it's Sabat's protection that keeps Sean from getting swept away. He's completely unpersonable, he's unpleasant and throws fits at his fans, he has literally gotten into petty arguments with his fans online to the point where he posted a paystub just to one-up someone, he has gotten caught committing TI with conventions against other Gokus and has public twitter feuds with them, he attacks TFS and throws massive hissy fits on his twitter repeatedly.
Basically, even a little investigation would make someone regret learning about the voice of Goku. Accusations would likely take hold pretty easily. That probably means 1 of 2 things: Sean either hasn't publicly renounced yaoi, or the way Vic's rumors seemed to constantly multiply and grow out of literally nothing came from behind the scenes manipulation from people like Sabat.
It's sad that clearly neutral people, maybe even those who lean kickvic, are getting so sick of the Vic obsession that they're unfollowing the loudmouths. And people like Terez still don't get it, and respond with more drivel about Vic.
Her texts don't disprove anything. Todd isn't the one who said she was stalking him, and Stan - I don't believe - stated a specific day that she got banned for harassing Todd. Apparently he doesn't even remember that night, so someone intervening and banning the thot wouldn't be something he'd remember. For all we know she talks about it in a different point of that weird discussion (where everyone doubled their messages for some reason?)

There's a reason Crispin Freeman spends the half his tweets that aren't correcting the media on stupid things they say about him pushing for unions in voice acting both for anime and video games. Non-union VAs get overly screwed.

Person apparently lurks around here, much like a lot of the others who claim they aren't obsessed with things.
If you weren't such a huge pussy in denial you'd come on here and talk to people rather than shouting into the Twitter hugbox where people pat you on the back and give you good boy points for toting the woke lines and preaching to the choir.
KV people don't get dragged because of their beliefs, it's because the loud ones are true paragons of exceptionalism. They're just too angry to realize it's a personal problem.

Here's a thought; if you thought it was a credible death threat, instead of trying to use that to leverage TI on someone you don't like, take it to the authorities so that the people you supposedly care about won't be in danger.
