I remember they tried that #BeThere or w/e movement once they started to lose the narrative but then they got BTFO since any sane person knew what they were doing.

Any attempt to go to YouTube with thus shit would be suicide for them. There's so many channels that are covering the story that it would be easy to see who's bias and who isn't. Twitter is one of the only platforms they can get away with this because the biggest autists from tumblr flocked to twitter and they're on their side because of course they would be.

Because these people just want their back pats and brownie points from the more well known faces in the KV side even if they have to continue defaming a man and ruin his career and life. They don't care if someone has been driven to depression, might've had thoughts of suicide and has been trying to work with whatever he can so long as they get the attention they crave and some shiny likes and retweets under their posts.
 
Funimation won't control their VAs at all so long as they are in a court case with Vic about not controlling their VAs. It's the same reason Ty told Vic explicitly not to change how he interacts with fans, and why they can't fire Marchi and Rial while they're being sued. If they change their behavior now, it will indicate they either did something wrong then, or that their usual policy is to control their VAs but they specifically didn't back then. Either they support conspiracy or admit they goofed.

Anyway, I don't care how poor Jennifer Lynn is. If she keeps committing TI on Vic and it can be reasonably inferred that her efforts are successful, she needs to be sued. She is the reason that tort exists. Of course, everyone should ignore her stupid flapping mouth, but she first tries to induce TI against Vic, and then if that fails, she tries to induce it with the guests and tries to whip up a boycott. Humiliating her publicly in court would at least help to let everyone know 'this woman is crazy, ignore her'.

If they all weren't assholes, they'd get invited to do things. It doesn't take much to get invited to a con. But nobody wants them, and the amount of people who would actually pay to see them is miniscule.

They get some traction online because Twitter sperging doesn't take much effort. It's the exact premise of Comicsgate and Gamergate. The people screaming don't actually intend on spending money anyway and the people who are truly willing to spend money don't want to pay for something they know is insulting to them.

Monica and Jamie and them don't give a shit about their fans at all. They can bitch about true fans and gatekeep all they want but they'll continue to lose support. And for someone like me, watching their active fan base dwindling is delicious.

Part of me feels like winning round 1 would make her harder to take srsly, but that's just me being too optimistic.

That's what I figure. By the time this is done their brand will be so toxic that no matter what project, even the vaunted Dragonball properties, will fail because they are involved.

Everyday this lasts only does more damage to them.

The fact that they haven't been invited to more events or put on more high profile projects is veeeery telling.
