Pretty sure the only way to get Marchi back into the case is a motion for reconsideration (where Ty politely asks Chupp to check the evidence again and reconsider his decision to let her go). If that doesn't work, it's up to appeals. The problem is, I'm not sure if Ty can appeal to bring Marchi back in right now. In a TCPA appeal, the plaintiff has to wait until the case is over before he can appeal, while the defendants can appeal whenever.

The thing is, I'm not sure if Marchi can be appealed to be brought back in. The suit is decided for her, but at the same time MoRon and Funimation are still around, at least for now.

And if it does go to appeals, from what I understand you can only use the evidence entered into the hearing.
