According to her, all it means is that she didn't appear in front of a notary. It's still just as binding, especially considering the "penalty of perjury" either at the start or end of the document.
At any rate, Slatosch's affidavit
also includes the Ron texts that are plainly entered into evidence, that are the actual proof of the TI. On the other hand, the
sworn affidavits from Rial and company are internally and externally inconsistent and could easily be torn apart as such should they get through the fairly applicable hearsay objections.
So, did his stint in Twitter jail convince him that he had to outright lie about the case, or did I miss something?
