My favorite one is with trannies. You can take a look at their gallery and pinpoint the exact minute they trooned out, or see art that was a precursor to it. It's something that even they even openly admit themselves. You can also see furries descend into madness with weirder and weirder fetishes. You can also see furries who got burnt out with the fandom or their identity by spotting abandoned accounts.

I also knew a furry who had a massive fucking breakdown after he was unable to commission the artist he wanted, and who spent himself into debt over furry art. Unsurprisingly he became a DSA member.

There's always been an elitist level with fursuits and the awful fursuit thread is a prime example of that. The issue here is that furries are dumb as fuck and would rather argue over a stupid issue than address the real problems in the fandom. Sadly, the only "real issues" the fandom cares about is getting bad press from the MSM. Furry cons and public gatherings depend on whoever is renting out their place being oblivious to everything, let alone everyone in their surrounding not thinking of their "hobby" being a fetish.

The only reason anyone would care about the furry fandom is if they have something to lose or something to gain. Eventually, something will happen that not even the mainstream press can ignore due to the dumbfuckery reaching critical mass, and it will be magical to watch.

I doubt that will happen anytime soon, so I wouldn't hold your breath. The furry fandom is ripe with egotism, narcissism, and many other terrible attributes. Over time, I've noticed furries getting more vigorous with their actions and personal beliefs. I'd say the fandom has accelerated regressively more in the past several years. This could be a sign of the fandom collapsing, or something else, who knows! Either way, it will be hilarious to watch the fandom burn in its own incompetence.
