He bought the condo in September 2017. Miriam was already ensconced in the seniors building next door.

In his "Attack of David" vid last week, Yaniv said his name is on both properties, which some have taken as meaning that he bought Miriam the condo and owns it outright. It's more likely to me that they each have their names on both condos to make it easier to manage finances if one or the other gets seriously ill or dies.

The purchases were likely funded by the sale of the house the family occupied while Yitzhak was alive.
