Hearing Vic is getting a lot of fans is great but also a bit worrying. From what I remember hearing he can be a bit of a workaholic so he might go a bit too hard at this con. Especially since he knows a lot of people will be there to help support him.

Overexerting himself a bit might be better than the alternative given his career is still at an all time low. It probably takes his mind off of all the crap that has happened.

Edit: Thanks to @OneHandClapping and @FailedStudentOfTheKarmaSu I found the context for this. Brittney here co-starred in a movie with Chris Evans called "Puncture" in 2011. It's about lawyers taking on the medical industry. The irony of the movie being focused on lawyers is not lost on anyone, I'm sure.

The person who showed excerpts of the transcript is a bit dull, seeing as even in his screenshot, he shows that Vic objected to the terminology of "pulling hair", and overall gave a characterization of the event that couldn't be construed to be hairpulling.

As far as I can see, the incident hardly matters. Marchi didn't report that the incident occurred to anyone, much less the police, so if both parties agree to the incident occurring at all but Marchi let the statute of limitations for what could have been simple battery to elapse entirely despite her interpretation, and we have evidence that Vic and Marchi were on friendly terms earlier in the decade, why shouldn't one believe Vic versus Marchi?
