We do have the weekend to look forward to. They're under siege from the nasty, assaulting hating transphobes so I reckon emergency services will be on standby, police bicycle squad on high alert.
I hear Vancouver PD has cancelled all time off for detectives in their pronoun crime squad, and expect everyone to work overtime the next couple of weeks.
The RCMP has supposedly transferred extra manpower from Toronto to the Vancouver FEELS Taskforce that targets hate crimes.
It’s going to be a busy couple of weeks!
Can the man who was denied entrance to a public elevator file a HRT complaint against Jon for discriminatory practices on denial of entrance based on gender and profession?
If not having Jon arrested on threats and carrying an illegal weapon and mama arrested for assault will do just fine. Oh wait... troon shield.
Kind regards and a big, ol’
OPTIMISTIC to anyone who thinks Johnieboy will have to face the music for this.
1: Even at the best of times, law enforcement doesn’t seem to happy about being pulled into Yaniv’s shenanigans, and are fed up with him hogging resources. The last thing they want, is to jump into the arena and waste lord knows how much time and money of their own accord.
2: Yeah what happened is against the law, but in a city like Vancouver that’s facing a drug epidemic and has a permanently homeless population in the thousands, they need to prioritize.
A sped yelling at people, and his decrepit mom waddling angrily towards them isn’t exactly a priority.
Not saying Yaniv def. won’t have legal problems, but it’s unlikely.
