Wow this is an actually amusing comic. It's something I'd see in my feed and think nothing of, if I didn't know who the artist was. Of course, I can only assume the hidden meaning Labelle is trying to peddle is "there's nothing stopping evil people from getting publicised" instead of "social justice doesn't actually have any power it just gets inflated for publicity". But that doesn't reflect in the comic, so I'll give it a pass.
Problem with this excuse for name calling is that many people getting called a terf have never identified as a terf, some not even as a feminist. That’s also ignoring how language especially slang evolves and words can used to mean different things and triggers different emotions. You can call somebody a mom as neutral statement of fact, as an insult or a praise. This excuse is so laughable bad that you need be literally autisic or otherwise have some issues understanding communication to buy it.
