I've been trying to dive into that Michelle Blankenship person's story from 1989, which isn't easy since it's so long ago. But I've found a few things that were 
First I looked into the old Liberty University newspapers since they're conveniently online. Michelle had posted a picture of the cover of the March 1, 1989 edition which shows Vic went back to his alma mater and played Rooster in Liberty's Annie production at the time (to great reviews).
Vic also was in a March 20, 1988 article for being in that year's Liberty play Arsenic. Seems he went back each spring for a while after graduating, not just in 1989.
I also found a picture on Facebook from someone who was in Annie with Vic in '89, who kindly tagged him in it so it was easy to find. Compare how he looks in what is definitely him in 1989 compared to supposedly the same spring/summer as the picture Michelle posted. Look at his hair, hell even his face isn't quite the same.

Yep thats all i need to know about her. Upon further research it turns out this bitch is fucking crazy; like professionally diagnosed as exceptional.

Well, look at that. I'm not sure what the growth rate of Vic's hair is, but there is NO WAY that his hair would be able to be at full mullet in such a short amount of time.

Something is really off about the lower picture. Either the lighting on him is somehow different, or he's super tan, despite being relatively pale in the picture above. He looks older in the lower picture too, more like thirty or forty year old Vic, versus the young looking 20-something year old stallion above in the above picture.
Not to mention the fact that in the lower picture he kind of "pops" in a way that makes me think he doesn't belong there.
