People have been emailing the council for a year about JY and nothing has been done. Sort of moot point to keep doing it. When something bad happens (and lets be serious the way JY is going it’s going to happen) then it council can answer for it themselves.
 
My guess for tonight is that he has some medical crisis and can't show up.

There is a live stream and it’s archived on the website usually 1-2 days later, the farmers get it sooner and it’s in this thread right after JY presents.

No need unless you want to see ppl's comments in real time about it. The TOL meeting goes live at 7 pm pst. From the site below, you can view the livestream or if you miss it, they usually archive and make it public a few hours later.
