This heap of dogshit is NOT a TCPA, it's a desperate last attempt to further defame Vic in a privileged document where it couldn't be used against them... under normal circumstances.

This reem of paper is 530 FUCKING PAGES of:
-Blatant defamatory horseshit.
-Blatant false accusations that they CANNOT prove.
-Blatant misinformation.
-Blatant cherry-picking of Vic's deposition when Judge Chupp was literally IN THE GODDAMN ROOM.
-Affidavits from people who have OPENLY DEFAMED VIC.
-Affidavits from people who have been OUTED AS LIARS.
-Affidavits and stories that have ALREADY been proven false.
-Pathetic attempts to dox Vic's phone number.
-Pathetic intimidation attempts.
-Pathetic insults.
-Literal hearsay.
-No attempt to try and prove that this lawsuit is frivolous, aka the entire point of a TCPA.
-AND MORE.

Monica and Ron's brilliant plan is to take all of this, all 530 FUCKING PAGES of steaming cow-shit, and drop it into the lap of a no-nonsense judge THAT CAN ALREADY SEE THROUGH THEIR BULLSHIT.

The front page is one of the SAME PHOTOS that ANN used when they pretended to be a little girl to sell the narrative of: "Vic raped me- I'm TOTALLY the girl in the photo, just believe us- I MEAN ME"... and then got caught red-handed when the REAL GIRL IN THE PHOTO CALLED THEM OUT ON THEIR HORSESHIT.

When I said: "under normal circumstances" I meant that this cannot be used in a trial against them, however, nothing is stopping Ty from arguing that this waste of paper paints a very clear picture of their intentions- and I have a feeling Judge Chupp's not going to be very happy about this waste of his goddamn time.

I cannot wait for Ty, Carrie, Jim and the rest of BHBH to take this entire "TCPA" and cram it down Monica and Ron's throats PAGE BY PAGE. When this heap of shit fails, I hope to GOD Vic refuses to settle with these disgusting, hollow soul cucks...

IANAL, but a TCPA is supposed to just be a statement that says "they're oppressing my first amendment rights, here's why, suck my dick." Reading their TCPA, I'm not really getting the whole "HERE'S WHY" part. The oppressing and dick sucking is there, but not the actual important part. So my question is, how easy would it be for BHBH to defeat the TCPA for the individual parties? I'm most interested in Funimation, since the claim there is the flimsiest.
