You can see clearly in this pic as his eyes desperately view the screen, searching as to whether or not this angle and pose looks feminine enough. You just know that he takes like 3 dozen photos every time, always with that same hurr durr uppercase gums and lowercase teeth grin, then frantically deletes and edits and crops into oblivion. Don’t forget the strategically picked out clothing, accessories, and props meant to simulate the “tween princess” look. Where the fuck can one even get a blouse with a cutesy Japanese-style cartoon character and toddler style collar, especially in his size?

Definitely. This has nothing to do with personal feelings and everything to do with the fact that he knows how incredibly easily triggered his audience is. Can't make Patreon money if your entire readerbase is angry at you for not boycotting the evil nazi company of the month. He's had comment sections blow up with accusations of at least racism before, he knows what kind of eggshells he needs to walk on.
 
So I decided to dive into the mind of a troon and went ape shit with one of Labelle’s photos, processing out through several iPhone “glamour” apps. I think I now have a general idea what Labelle does to manipulate his selfies, though he did come out looking a bit but older in this “experiment” than he usually tries to make himself look with these filters.

Every time I read about one of these “workshops,” all I can picture is Labelle sitting on a podium and doodling on his tablet while flocked by a mob of unwashed greasy troons who shriek random ideas at him.
