Everyone's lines are different, bru. Personally I struggle to find the comedy in a man who's setting himself up for another legal battle for his supposed right to ogle topless little girls but to each their own.
The "don't wanna read" thing is bullshit, though, yeah. If you don't have time to waste what are you even doing here?

I don’t have any faith in this ridiculous tribunal and I realize this is peak, but: part of me wonders/hopes that in giving him this much leeway for outrageous behavior they’re also giving him less room for appeal. Like, “look, we let his crazy mom run around passing notes and screaming, we didn’t chastise the shit out of him, nobody can say we picked on him or were unfair, we tolerated his inane bullshit and rule breaking: his ass lost fair and square.”
I mean...he has to lose, RIGHT? Wtf is going to happen, he scooty-puffs out of the courtroom in victory and immediately schedules a ball waxing sesh with the victim that he’s bullied into depression and submission? And he thinks that the men of the community will put up with that? Dude is crusin’ for a bruisin’.
The member / Devyn (?) has to know this is being watched. Yaniv has been growing in notoriety since this thread started. She still lives in the community and allowing JY free reign or victory wouldn't bode well for her. The farce of a thing that happened with Oger is different because Oger doesn't have the same reputation. I mean, Oger is still a shithead but not of the same variety as Yaniv is. Oger manages to have some level of dignity and ability to interact with the community, Yaniv is one of the community crazies whose literally been marked by Oger as someone to be distanced.
If she still finds for Yaniv in the name of SJW progressiveness and he continues on the path his is on, eventually he will overstep and do something genuinely illegal or terrible or someone will dig up something from his past that is a huge black mark. Then all the scrutiny would fall on her. You bolstered him by finding in his favor in a merit-less case, the second it was entered into evidence that he was interacting across multiple accounts it was obvious he was preforming a setup in the first- and for the second woman she was firm that she only worked in a specific area that Yaniv wasn't in. Not to mention the reputation dive she'll develop in the minority communities if she allows a white man masquerading as a woman to hurt actual women.
Hopefully Devyn has the sense to know that it's not just about Yaniv, there's a lot more at stake here- including her own rep if she finds for him / protects him.

I won't pretend to know precisely how the tribunals are set up or how those who sit on them are appointed or selected but from the way I've read their rulings are treated the members are nearly beyond reproach, which is part of the problem. Their rulings can be overturned by an actual court or judge but even that doesn't seem to throw their legitimacy into question in the eyes of the law. Devyn is using a position of well-cemented power to support Yaniv, and the mere fact that she can do so ought to be throwing up all sorts of red flags over impartiality etc. but nope because Leafland.

Do we know if kangaroo court "members" are even required to be impartial? Because if they are, I don't even understand how Devyn got to be a part of this case.. having apparently a relationship with Yaniv outside of court and a serious demonstrated bias against religion / in favor of trans rights trumping everyone else's rights...
It looks and sounds like they don't even care if their members are impartial at all.

He probably thinks the 12+ thing is an effective means of throwing people off the scent re his pedophilia. Like, “How can I be a pedophile if I’m excluding the under-12s?” As if he hasn’t repeatedly expressed a preference for girls that age.
I would say there’s an approximately 100% chance that they listen to him, nodding thoughtfully, then laugh their asses off afterwards about whatever condition he’s claiming this week. If I worked there, I’d run a sweepstake on what he’ll claim next.

The way BCHRT is set up, the "Members" are supposed to support the complainants, who are treated as victims rather than plaintiffs. Filings are presumed to be justified. The defendants, in a deliberate inversion of Canada's actual justice system, are guilty unless they can prove themselves innocent.
Even filing, as Yaniv did, a slew of complaints that make it obvious the complainant has an agenda rather than just having happened into a possibly discriminatory situation, does not cause a tribunal to bring the scales of justice into a better balance. Cousineau balked only at Yaniv's abandoning complaints against women who wouldn't obey his command to submit to arbitration and fork over money for offending his ladypeen.
Some examples of how this anti-justice system works out:

You know FUCK THIS. Can @Null or someone tell me what is the most appropriate way to donate directly, if there's some sort of rolling donation thing, if there's a minimum to be a "true and honest fan" and get to use the "deviant" tag. I've been able to send about $15-ish so far in the past couple of months via earnings from Brave ads. Apparently they unscrewed themselves enough that you can send donations through the browser again, which I've been doing as the funny money rolls in (it's a cryptocurrency called "BAT"). It'd be neat to get the tag, but I'm just glad to be able to contribute monetarily to the site.
