I usually like TRO, but this video? Yeah, no. He leaves out how manipulative Heidi has been. Her 'evidence' has proven pretty much nothing or as much as Holly's.

Two problems with that TRO video. First, assuming that this story has to have a victim and a victimizer. There are no heroes here, only villians. Second, assuming that the viewer has enough knowledge of the James Charles situation to understand his allusions to that drama. I don't give two shits about James Charles, and I'm certainly not going to dive into another clusterfuck just to get his vague references.

Holly said that she got into her relationship with Jared in February of 2018, she and Ross divorced later that Fall.

We also have a lot of people close to Holly and Ross that have said it wasn't cheating and that their relationship was open or "loose". She may have left Ross because she didn't love him and fell in love with Jared, but if their relationship was open during that time it wouldn't be cheating.

In tweets she later deleted, which are screencapped/archived somewhere in this thread, Holly claimed she didn't cheat on Ross, and that he was aware of her meetings/feelings for Jared. There's no proof to back this up, of course, but also no proof that she's lying (and no one else involved in this has claimed that Ross wasn't aware). One could take her deleting them as proof they were lies, but it's also possible that Ross talked to her privately about not wanting to be namedropped and thus dragged into things, or that she just decided for whatever reason that she regretted the tweets, which is something we've seen her do a few times during this whole disaster.
She also vaguely alluded to Ross being in the loop in her initial thread that was meant to counter Heidi's claims; she says, "Jared and I were transparent about our discussion with Heidi and all others involved with the situation." (x) It honestly seems like everyone, at least at that point, was avoiding referring to Ross by name.
So, regardless of whether or not Ross was okay with it, Holly does say he was at least made aware of what was going on before anything happened. Does that still count as cheating? Maybe. There's also the (unverified) sources of so-called friends/acquaintances who say they had an open relationship of some kind, as someone else mentioned.
My guess is that the therapy has more to do with Holly emotionally abusing him. If she did cheat, then yeah, that would obviously stack on top of all the other stressors; and even if she didn't, the whole divorce process could've very well been painful enough to warrant some therapy afterwards. There's probably a lot more gray-area stuff that happened behind the scenes that we'll never know about. But I don't see him going to therapy as definite proof that Holly cheated, just that whatever went down was extremely taxing on him mentally and emotionally.
All this isn't to say that Holly is trustworthy, but most of this hasn't even been addressed by Heidi or anyone else who would know what was going on (unless I'm forgetting something), so all we have for reference is what Holly claims.

Even if she didn't cheat, imagine marrying the love of your life only for her to say she's asexual, get none, and then find out she's boning your ugly goblin friend like a rabbit..
I've always really disliked holly, so good to know my instincts were correct that she's a piece of shit. It's always those who scream the loudest about sjw bullshit too. too bad no nudes though. Watching the near suicidal meltdown from her would have been great.

They could have had an open relationship, and she could have not cheated, and he would still have good reason to go to therapy. Divorce is hard on everyone, no matter why its happening. No one, not even Heidi, has said Holly was cheating or disproved her and the other claims that she was not.

Regardless of solid evidence or not, everything points towards Magica DeSmell being a cheater. There is enough circumstancial evidence lying around archived, the timelines match up and saying you're asexual first and then suddenly developing feelings for another person is its own brand of cheating. If you even start to feel that way, the first thing you do in a marriage is talk openly to your partner about it. Even Liedi by omission and PoorJared had their set of rules.

Where are all the people saying this? I haven't seen anyone say Holly wasn't cheating on Ross besides Holly. Not calling you a liar, but is there any proof of that besides anonymous sources? Considering Jared and Holly were having an emotional affair for months and she left Ross for Jared I think it's kind of obvious that even if they were in an open relationship that boundaries were definitely crossed.
Pretty much. She told Jared she only had feelings for him despite being married. She also openly admits that Jared awoke her from her supposed asexuality. Imagine how that made Ross feel.

Well, if we choose to believe Holly (and it's completely understandable that some might not), then she did talk to Ross about it. You do have a point that emotional cheating is still cheating. Holly said she "wasn't aware of her feelings" until she and Jared talked about it--which sounds like either total bullshit or a severe case of emotional immaturity, but either way harder to pin down or prove exactly when it started. The timeline explains when Holly and Jared first discussed their feelings, and potentially started a relationship afterward. If you consider sleeping with someone else while you're married cheating no matter the circumstances (such as your partner being aware and okay with it), then yes, Holly cheated on Ross. And Jared cheated on Heidi, and Heidi cheated on Jared.
For all we know, Ross and Holly did have their own set of rules; we just aren't aware because Ross is wisely keeping details of their relationship under wraps, and Holly at least has the sense to follow along.

I always found it interesting how she worded it. She always said Ross knew about it but she never said whether Ross was okay with it. Considering how she likes to suicide bait and has a history of being abusive I wouldn't be surprised if she strong armed him into accepting it. It's not something we'll ever know since Ross is smartly staying quiet, but I always noticed how she would say Ross KNEW then end up deleting it. I can't imagine anyone being okay with their spouse telling the other man that he cracked her asexuality and she only wanted him.

Ross has no reason to talk about any of this shit, he's been divorced for over a year and is trying to keep himself on a stable road, so speculation is pretty much the best we can get.
