Holy crap, what did I walk into? I tuned into Tevin's stream like 5 minutes ago, and DSP is salty as fuck. First thing I heard is that Youtube should be greatful for DSP to generate content for them, not vice versa. Also, one of his ST3 videos messed up because Youtube is broken and are too stupid to fix their website.

Dude is literally the saddest individual on the internet I've seen the past 6 months. His parents ditched him on July 4th because they don't seem to care about him, he asked DSP for advice on what to do with a Rolex he received as a gift from his mom, and the list goes on. Someone caught what job he's actually working, and that he'd be better off keeping all of his money for himself based on his sole income. Rich parents bailing him out big time, and you can read it in every message this guy sends into DSP's chat.

This is one of those nights where Phil's smug assholery makes me hope he genuinely hits a financial wall. Like, I'm not usually tilted by him, but him acting like he's some kind of authority on anything other than doing the bare minimum is infuriating, and I can't wait to see him fall.

Also, friendly reminder, paying Phil money to try and make fun of him or challenge him is stupid. He will modify what you say to make it the question/comment he wants or he will just call you stupid and ignore you. Stop giving him money. Also, I'd love to know how old nihilistic_goldfish is. Well, I mean, he's accidentally correct about that. YouTube doesn't quite break even, according to some people. With revenue over 10 billion, it's somewhere between operating at a loss to maybe a max of 10% profit. YouTube doesn't publish any of the data needed to figure it out, so people have to infer it based on how many useless minutes of video is uploaded every day and the infrastructure required to maintain that rate + buffer + utilities + rent + staff.

IIRC, Google bought YouTube at the perfect time, because it was about to get slapped with a bunch of copyright lawsuits but Google was able to talk them down and implement the content ID BS
