Dude, no, please don't say that! Every time someone says shit is about to slow down, they throw more coal into the furnace of the stupid train. I can't take much more, and I don't actually want to see this stuff break the sound barrier.
You've double-jinxed it now, we're doomed. Not only will it not slow down, it'll keep accelerating until it reaches speeds we can't even imagine right now.

And whatever mad god is running this show here has such a sick sense of humor that despite that speed it'll still take years to finish.

At this rate, we're gonna lose the case to the Speed Force

I think we might reach 2000 pages by the end of this month.

If Judge Chupp were to set precedent on any of these issues, would those decisions be eligible for appeal before the suit is allowed to proceed? Just how "granular" is the TCPA appeals process and how likely is it to hold up the suit for an extended period of time? I know the TCPA is supposed to be filed within 60 days, so are appeals equally time sensitive on how quickly they're heard or acted on?

Thanks as always for the insight, it's much appreciated.

There is a hard 20 day time limit to appeal a dismissed TCPA. It seems to involve an accelerated appeal process, but I can't find a specific time limit for that.

One thing I am a little curious about, because I haven't found a hard answer yet. That 30 day time limit for the ruling from the date of hearing. If the judge does not rule within 30 days the motion automatically fails. So the Judge almost seemingly unintentionally has a pocket veto? And from what I can tell that does not seem to be appeal able. At least when it was appealed it was denied in the commonly referenced case, where the Judge intended to rule in favor, but never entered the order, thus the TCPA was denied.

Rising Of The Shield Hero season 2. Billy Kametz injures his throat. Vic now stars in Rising Of The Lasagna Hero.

I'm crossing my fingers that he'll get a prominent role in the dub for Vento Aureo, just because.

Hell, have him play Abbachio, only because I'm curious as to how the Abbachio stan on PULL will squirm.

I don't think anyone expected the Broly movie to blow up like it did. As of right now Broly isn't a recurring character and the English dub is so far behind that it's almost a non-entity these days. Even after FUNimation and cockdentures dropped Vic he still finished out his other dubbing roles for other studios, I'd wager a good chunk of other dubbing companies are waiting to see what becomes of this lawsuit before writing Vic off.

The dubbing scene isn't going to pass Vic by, from what we've seen the only thing that has changed over the course of 35+ years is the quality of the scripts (arguable when it comes to shit Marchi writes) and audio. It's still the same circus show it's always been with unprofessional tards coming and going.

the Super version of Broly will be added to FighterZ soon,I'm pretty sure they have already gotten a replacement(and boy,I pity the poor bastard when Vic fans find out whoever he is.In fact,I won't be surprised if the guy decides to use a fake name to avoid exposure like James Marsters does whenever he voices Zamasu, though in James' case,it's because of union stuff.)

Nick talked about Vic's blue check mark on the TCPA stream and questioned what Twitter's policy was when Vic was verified. Funimation cited their current policy, "An account may be verified if it is determined to be an account of public interest," however, that language was absent when Vic was verified in 2011 or 2012.

This is what Twitter said about their verification process in 2012.
