"We came, we saw, he died."

If she's an expert then I'm terrified of what you'd consider an amateur. Lily Adams is Kamila Harris' communications director, by the way.

I would be seriously impressed by how well the media covered up the failings of Obama and Clinton were it not so damaging to the country.

Harris is trying to get some of the donors and pull back on her side. 4 or 5 other candidates including Pete Buttigieg are out-fundraising her, and the institutional powers aren't all in on her anymore. A few months ago some of the same rich people and bundlers and fundraiser organizers started giving money and doing fundraising and advertising for Pete Buttigieg and Harris didn't have the power structures backing her to stop that.

It'll be interesting to see what happens with Kamala Harris, I think she might feel desperate, especially with them further hedging their bets by really helping Warren out. Warren is beating her in some polls now and has momentum on her side in the way Kamala Harris hasn't had in a long time. She was presumptive front-runner and the Biden announcement took a lot of wind out of her sails. I think she's going to play nice with Biden, the way Ted Cruz did his "drifter strategy" with Donald Trump, but be rabid on other people to try to get some heat on herself. She's been flat-lined 10 percent or below in statewide and national polling for a long time now, she needs some sort of boost.

I don't really think that will work, because "feisty" Kamala Harris is everything people hate about Hillary Clinton. Look at the way she handles herself in Senate hearings when she's trying to get positive press for herself, she's rabid, its a real turn-off.

According to Kennedy on Fox Business, the reason why Kamala won't make it, most likely, is because pure and simple, she's mean. She's too hostile and it comes across as not caring about her constituents. She wants what she wants, not what her constituents want. Plus she's supposed to be an attorney and her ignorance of the law is laughable.

That and all of her law knowledge is what the governor blew off in her mouth.

Wasn't Hillary the one gunning for us to blast Russia because they trolled the election?
Meanwhile, in the alternative universe where Hillary won, the mainstream media tells us that, while Russia has turned several American metropolises into smoldering craters with their nukes, that this third World War that Hillary started is actually good for the American people, as it will stop the Russians from tampering with our elections ever again.

Some more scattering of tweets from today. Looks like Warren may be the current favorite.

This right here is the perfect example of why Trump's likely getting reelected.

The Left keeps trying to demonize him * and worse his supporters * instead of bringing up his legit failures and trying to court the people who voted for him by pushing a viable alternative for 2020.

Trump can't just be a dud who sold the American voters lies, he HAS to be a Russian super Nazi who eats Mexican babies in front of their mothers.

And instead of learning from 2016 and trying to reclaim the rust belt Hillary lost they keep pushing the same arrogant far left horse shit that drove people to vote for Trump.

Well these are the same people that still think that Harry Potter is somehow a political book series so there you have it.

I think this pullback is intentional. The problem with doing good things quietly is that nobody knows. If he just didn't do the strike at all, no one would know he decided not to because of the human cost. But by saying it was about to go down and he changed his mind, the media has to report it. They think most people are like, 'Look at Trump! He's so erratic!' Which is true.

But they don't understand most people are also in agreement that killing 150 people over an unmanned drone is excessive. The media is tickled pink to play that clip of Trump saying a strike would be disproportionate. Average Americans are more at ease that when it really mattered he made the right decision. And average Americans don't want another war.

It still baffles me that despite almost unanimously, except for the Neo Cons, Conservatives don't want war with Iran. Yet the left, deep in their echo chambers, still believe Trump wants a war to increase his support for reelection. Apparently it's 'too early,' and he wants to save the popularity bump for closer to the election because he's worried he might lose.

Why do libtards believe that nonsense? Because that's what they want to believe. They still haven't mastered the distinction between their desires and reality.

War with Iran wouldn't assure re-election, it would at best be political suicide for President Trump. War against Iran would doom him to a 40+ state loss trouncing and crater the Republican party in 2020. He may very well be assassinated if a war against Iran occurs, especially on a pretense as flimsy as one of our decadent empire's baubles being destroyed, This assassination would likely be carried out by a person who would be considered right wing. Where do people get these ideas? I voted for President Trump primarily because I believed he was the only candidate who wouldn't be baited into imbecilic wars, if only out of a keen sense of self-preservation.

I'm just glad that no U.S. air strikes took place at Iran anyway.

The last thing that the U.S. needs is to have U.S. citizens have their tax dollars being spent on another useless war that no one really wants.

I think there is a more cynical theory you can make towards Trump calling off the bomb strike.

Trump basically gets one shot, ONE SHOT to use a war to basically prop up his campaign for re-election/Presidency.

Doing it now would be akin to how Operation Desert Storm basically did nothing to save Bush 1's Presidency; worse, there is no guarantee that the lugenpress will support it. There is a good chance they will say "fuck it" and denounce Trump and basically use their bully pulpit to turn said military action against Trump and hurt him with it.

Plus starting a war, is pretty much the ultimate break glass final desperation move. Trump can't do it, in theory, until things get super fucking bad since (as mentioned) it's a one use, get out of jail free card and even then might not work given how beyond the pale the media has become.
