Anyone in his discord with additional information? I don't know if the person who posted in the lawsuit thread has some insider information, but they seem to think that there may be new filings tomorrow. Perhaps something related to Anime Matsuri going after BAM now that the event has ended?

I'm assuming that the discovery hearing that he's referencing was the prior hearing from last week to work out the issues related to scheduling the depositions. Unless I'm completely out of the loop, I wasn't aware that there was another court appearance that had been scheduled. We already know that the only people there outside of the lawyers were someone from Nick's discord and someone else that's supposedly a friend of Vic.

I'm strongly inclined to think this is a case of the left hand not knowing what the right's doing. Casey is probably sweating bullets trying to explain how to get a confidentiality order to the judge, while unknown to him MoRon are screeching on Twitter because public image.

The only thing more embarrassing than blocking a guy while you're watching his stream that you said you weren't going to watch, is to UNBLOCK because the guy on the stream that you're watching that you said you weren't going to was laughing at you. Grow some balls, make your stand, and keep it.
