Tammy is literally the female version of Steven Assanti. I probably can't compare Amy to Justin since I think Justin is a better person than Amy though Amy at least is improving recently.

Tammy will bitch about nurses starving her again, she will bitch about being just genetically larger like everyone else in her family, she will bitch about metabolism, she has done videos doing that before. I am just curious what other excuses she will try and use on a doctor. Maybe starvashun mode, retraining muh bodie, fluoid reteshiun, etc. God only knows what her tiny mind an come up with.

Here's the episode where Sean Milliken dies after regaining hundreds of pounds over and over again until his body just couldn't take the strain anymore. I can see this happening to Tammy. Every time she loses some weight she gains it back, You can't do that forever when you weigh that much.

Which ..what if that is what the show will/is leading up to? She gets her own place and has a caretaker visit.

With a show recording what is going on, the 'they is starving meeeh' won't work. I think if Tammy was given a hard no on the food thing, she'd just..deal with it. Like I don't think she has the mental capacity to realize she could waddle to get food, she just consumes what is given to her.

Just theory of course but it might be true on TamTam just being..dumb. Maw and Paw clearly did not starve her, and clearly not a single police call ended up in court for neglect. So I suspect it was more she knew there was cookies in the cookie jar, but the cookie jar got put on a shelf she couldn't reach kind of deal so she screamed.

Tammy could easily gain back so much that she ends up dying. She'd have to have 24/7 babysitting or her need for food would supercede any weightloss desires she had.

If Tammy had 24/7 supervision like her most recent pneumonia hospitalization (not the gout one) then she wouldn't need surgery. The weight would melt off and stay off for as long as she had the supervision. Same with Amy.

No offense, but I think you're over estimating Amy's intelligence and willpower. Amy is only just smart enough not to talk about her eating habits on carma. At least, not to admit that she ate four pot pies, two packages of oreos, and warshed it all down with diet soda. But there's been plenty of times where she's supposed to do taste test videos only to have eaten everything before ever turning on the camera, but still shoots one anyways to tell us if "it bad" or "it good". Not to mention the times when she ate her brother's snacks while he and his wife were at work. I don't see Amy giving up her favorite foods any more than Tammy wants to.

I don't think so. The last time Tammy was hospitalized for pneumonia she was bitching constantly that the hospital was starving her. Obviously she wasn't being starved, she was just on a very strict 2000 calorie diet and unable to have food smuggled in. She refused to deal with it, she either couldn't get anyone to bring her food, or the staff kept a close watch on her visitors to make sure they weren't bringing Tammy extra food. Either way Tammy will never accept "no extra food" for an answer. I don't think Amy would either if she ever ends up in the same situation.

I think if Tammy lost enough weight to become mobile it would just enable her to go to Walmart and buy more junk to eat, then become 600+ lbs again. Like said previously, Amy is not much different. Stuffing their pie holes is all they know, it's the only thing they are good at. They possess no skills of any kind. Amy plays with makup but shes terrible at it. Their hobby is eating trash.

Amazing someone can be in their 30's and possess no skills. Let alone 2 people from the same family.

Maw and Paw apparently had the (likely substantial) contents of the family fridge cleaned out nightly by The TamTam on her midnight munchie missions. I cannot foresee any situation where she would willingly and placidly submit to 'starvayshun mode' . If she can't wobble that wheelchair down the local main road until gradient, camber, and serendipity sends her squeaking into some Farm to Market Road fastfood trough, then she'll be promising the local flatbed truck owners whatever it is Slaton girls understand to be potentially exchange-worthy for a lift to the like.

That looks like a Matrix T5x treadmill, which has a weight limit of 400 lbs according to the manufacturer’s website. I’m surprised the gym let her work out on it. I’m not sure the comedic value of watching the fat jiggle as she waddles at minimum speed is worth the $3,000.

I've seen a few Prader-Willi documentaries and it is horrifying what they and their families go through. Not to mention the poor staff. I don't know if there are anu facilities that will house a death fat indefinitely purely due to their own lack of self control and not a chromosome error. But this is what Tammy needs. 24/7 supervision with no control over her own diet. It is the only way she will ever permanantly lose weight.


However, you can't keep a person prisoner and we don't know just how incompentant Tammy is. I would agree that she has the mentality of a young teen and is definitely some mild form of exceptional. She is also physically incapable of taking care of herself at this point. She really does need to be in a facility and not on her own.
