I think it is a cry for help by MoRon. Leak the stuff they have to drum up new ideas to fight the lawsuit without paying for Casey's time. They have Shane going through papers looking for anything possible to spin. Notice how it was immediately Dominique Sky and Marzgurl to give the other lawyers info on who Vic is with their i09 article.

Yeah, it would be endlessly hilarious if Twitter Law Slap Fight accidentally dragged Rooster Teeth in after they'd managed to hang out in the sidelines all this time
 
I'm just gonna venture a safe guess that Casey called up some buttbuddies after a bit of off-the-clock action to get some "feelings hurt" from the opposition so he has something to work with.

So this was their plan all along when they were pushing to depose Vic first and ASAP? Let shoefull Shane (((leak))) choice pieces onto twitter/discord and try to steer the narrative back. But because anyone with half a brain saw through that from the start they've decided to modify the plan and start jumping specific parts of the initial filings. I wonder what these lawyers are getting paid in, because there's no fucking way you wouldn't google who the fuck these people you're jumping into bed with are and not be greeted by an ungodly firestorm and think "no amount of lewds from that fat assed whore is worth this".
 
So MoRon are pulling this stunt with their 20 pounds of takedown requests, finding the single one that BHBH had to file because otherwise Casey would have used the "you didn't target this obvious joke therefore I'm gonna claim everything else was just a prank bro" defense... All while their SJW allies and Casey's Super Lawyer allies signal boost and amplify it....

Just imagine what they will do when Vic's deposition comes out. This is a preview.
