It's common knowledge that people who go to college for an art related degree don't make much money unless they get lucky or have connections.

This tweet seems to apply that she could have done work with more companies in the past, but felt that they wouldn't compensate her enough. Which, is true of some companies, but there were likely ones that were willing to give her a fair rate and she said no.

I understand that we were al cringey morons in high school, but Heidi seems like an extra special breed. I'm only a little bit into her LiveJournal, but she's coming across as one of those kids that was a complete spoiled brat, the ones who scream anytime they don't get exactly what they want, when they want it. The ones that treat their parents as doormats and think that their parents are always wrong and have no clue how "hard" their life is.

Some things of note I've found so far:

Seems like she was in trouble a bit in high school. From detention, to ISS (in school suspension), to her parent's creating "an elaborately contrived schedule of how they will have complete supervision over me from the moment they pick me up from school until the moment I go to sleep." Despite this, she swears she's not a "bad kid".

This is something she posted, that doesn't seem to have any more context, but does imply she has a track record of doing bad things in the past:
"So I am a terrible person who does terrible things, as my track record tells me. Well. I wonder what I can do about that.
In interim, I suggest you all stop answering my phone calls and smiling at me in the hallway, so as not to encourage anything."
