Well, Sophie, if you want people to donate, here’s what you do. Make comics. New ones, not reposted, not reworked, to a regular schedule. Put some work into them. You are not entitled to anyone’s money, regardless of what demographics you fall into. You have to produce something that is entertaining enough that your readers think it is worth money.
Now, as for the OP, I’m sure telling people to “go fuck themselves” will convince them to put a hand in their pockets. I’d love to ask this dude for the actual reason why people should give the money they worked for to a stranger who provides nothing. Let’s look at some of the essentials this person pays for.
