I thinking that they are going to seal the records in this case. Doing at little digging, they already redact medical and financial information, but if both parties ask for it with a good reason. Would the interest in the affair by Newsweek, the Daily Mail, various Murdoch trash tabloids, etc. along with reddit, *chans and the notorious Kiwi Farms count as a good reason? Legal academics, please respond.

Having said that, while Jared, Heidi and Holly all talk about wanting privacy ... given how much information they have collectively dropped, I really doubt that is actually the case. October 2017 is when Heidi had her troon lover, presumably for some time before that as well.
January 2018 is when Heidi says she called out Holly and Jared for having feelings for eachother.
February 2018 is when they had their "walk" which made Heidi mad at them and call off the poly.
