Because it's a basic-bitch-no-makeup-skill way to make eyes appear bigger. There are better ways that would make them look less like the fat girl who tries to hang around the thots, but for whatever reason fatties usually only have one makeup look. Amber and Chantal both do the shitty wings, caked-on foundation and red lipstick (it looks better on Chantal since Amber has jaundice and no lips, but not much better). Fatties for whatever reason always have really bad colour theory.

I think that is one of the most useful features of this forum - the record of changing opinion. People like Boogie, Sargon, Ralph, etc, were not considered cows by many at first but blossomed into the most ridiculous human beings with a little time and patience.
