Someone mentioned in another thread how it's highly unusual to arrest someone if their offense would not have led to incarceration/detention if the charge holds up in court.
 
I really think they were bluffing about welcoming a court case,somewhere in those deluded minds they thought it would scare Vic out of taking them to court. If they had any evidence other than he said she said,my friends cousins brothers best friend heard..it would have came out. I hope that this case will out funimation,rial and company for it but it will probably end with a settlement and a nondisclosure

I think this is essentially the same thing, it's to cope with it and to pathetically save face. Everyone with half a brain knows that even if you were innocent, you wouldn't wanna pay 40k fighting a lawsuit. It's the same reason why they very clearly lie about having some sort of super secret proof they for whatever reason didn't show to anybody, not even Sony HR for the investigation yet jump to parading around pathetic videos like Vic getting hugged by fans.
They want to save face so they just lie through their teeth because nobody cannot prove a negative.
This is the whole mentality of false accusations to begin with, they rely on everybody's inability to prove something DIDNT happen

Didnt the woman who was actually involved in the funi. Investigation fake a swat and admit that she personally didn't like vic? If so I don't see how they stand a chance in court,I mean that's proof right there that the investigation was a farce and not credible

I don't think there's been confirmation that she was actually involved. Someone just said she was involved, It might have been ArmzFat.
