I don't know. He still has that baby cuteness in this pic as far as I'm concerned. It's a bit off-putting, but to a mother and father it's very minor. Look at all of his little toys and the little baby tub. He obviously came from a very caring, loving, involved family. Some people are just born bad. We'll never know where his rampant NPD comes from, but I don't think his adoptive family caused it. Did they exacerbate it by enabling him? Probably, but they were doing what they thought was best and that's all any parent can do.

What Rusty has become in totally on him. Lots of people are dealt shit hands in life. Be it parents, environment, community, disability, whatever, lots of people have had it much worse and they manage not to be complete fucking creepy assholes.
