Gotta hand it to Marsgirl, she found a market of people exceptional enough to donate and capitalized on it for a successful Gofundme. Bob Chipman may be her version of those high donors for Vic, wouldn't put it past him to donate multiple times to spite Comicsgate.

I think it's possible she did intend to scam, in the sense that deep down she knows she has no case and this was all just posturing to intimidate YF.
I'm convinced suddenly having access to unexpected money will have her greed/need get to her. She'll need another oil change, or realize she's short on the electric bill, or her computer is on the fritz, and she'll convince herself she's saving people donating more money by dipping into what they've already given. She'll tell herself she'll replace when she can, since money is fungible. Then she'll just keep raising the GFM as needed, giving new sob stories each time.

So what if they do, all this proves that people are more willing to pay for vic and defend him from these rats when they can't even surpass vic's. Even if she has a good lawyer, that person is gonna be at a huge disadvantage because they got him late and Ty Already knows a lot about those pissants is far ahead of however they retain, no to mention it's gonna be hard for them to try and defend their client based on the stupidity of their actions.

Nick charges ~$200-250/hr, Ty charges ~$400/hr, the head of the Amazons ~$350/hr. All depends what type of attorney she retains; solo practitioner, part of a firm, experience levels etc. Plus, she lives in "Los Angeles" and there seems to be a multiplier due to location.
They might only have the one stream she sent her minions to record. I due believe YF deletes his streams and not sure he archives them.

I totally buy that she's gonna blow all the money on her SoCal crowdfund grifter lifestyle. When people not used to money suddenly get a ton of it they tend to go hogwild spending thinking more will come. Watch her social media for flashy toys and weeb trinkets.
ETA: Come to think of it, Anime Expo in LA is in two months. What a nice place to spend all that money if you're a shameless fujoshi.
