Say what you will about FFX, but that game had some damn good music. I like listening to Spira Unplugged when I'm working on my D&D campaign. Good music to take a nap to as well.

This is some of the most intricate music ever written for the NES and IMO some of the best.

The reason the drums are so impactful is because the composer beefed them up with low frequency waveforms.
