I'm pretty sure Phil's stream is just the equivalent of a chatroom for these people that also happens to have a fatso playing videogames in the background.
I mean, what interaction besides tipping and getting a thank you from Phil do you even get at this point? You might aswell just shoot the shit with the people stuck in there with you. It's better and it's free.
