That was a while ago and the site's been growing pretty steadily. There seem to be 7k live viewers on pewdz's channel right now. They added a dark theme and got rid of that god-awful yellow. Back when Ralph was on DLive there were negotiations with some Turks about featuring them on their site, and since then there's been an increase in streamers and viwers. DLive isn't like StreamMe in the sense that they're actually trying to work and improve it.

There was a thing about bandwidth on streaming sites that @DispatchCommit could expand upon, but from what I gather it's an easy fix.

If Ralph had any brains left he'd multi-stream on DLive as a means to get PDP to notice him, as he'd skyrocket in the leaderboard fairly quickly. Also if he wasn't a greedy fat fuck he could stream exclusively on DLive for a week to squeeze out the most viewers possible. If he manages to put on an entertaining show he could possibly get Felix on if he gets his attention, but that's a BIG if.

He's also already sanitizing for youtube, so dlive's front line staff getting touchy about content shouldn't be too much of an issue now

I've seen this a number of times now and I feel like it's going a little into revisionism territory because some minor facts are omitted.

The actual sequence of events was

1. Ralph talks to Sargon, doesn't make fun of it

2. Sargon says something that offends Ralph, saying he finds it funny that people get deplatformed etc. "You think it's funny that people lose their livelihoods" etc., to which Sargon says "yes".

3. Ralph has an angry outburst, "Well, then I think your child dying is funny, how about that?"

4. Sargon does not seem bothered at all, Ralph proceeds to apologise in DMs the next day

5. Ralph gets mocked for apologising (by Sargon and his underlings, not fans as they didn't know about it), now doesn't care to press F to pay respects anymore and plays heartwvrm's videos, eventually makes fun of it himself

This is basically correct, only notes I'd make is that on 2 is it was a retweet from Carl that was arguably trying to tip off the WSJ to something that could get Andy deplatformed.

And on 5. Carl put out the DM not really to mock Ralph as much as use it as a way to paint him as disingenuous.

Yeah, it was Danish Police, aka Alex.
Alex had been acting like a preemptive hall monitor in regard to the StreamMe leader board, having observed SPCC & Null vying for 3rd place by doing last-minute streams wherein they attempted to wrack up leader-board points by encouraging their viewers to spam their chats.
Alex felt that these were kike tactics which were unfair to the other leader-board contenders.
This led to Alex being seen as an object of ridicule for being a dramatic sperg by most people (outside of his own chat regulars) who had any opinion on the matter, including Ralph.
Head-butting between Alex & Ralph ensued, with Alex looking for (or threatening to look for?) Ralph's arrest record online.
At some point during a stream, Alex accidentally showed onscreen a list of email addresses? or other info about regulars of his chat.
In response to the threat of finding the arrest record, Ralph found the stream (or a screenshot from it?) where the info about the regulars was mistakenly shown, & purposely circulated it whilst insisting that it wasn't doxing since Alex was the one who originally showed the info.
This led to further animosity between Alex & Ralph, which culminated in a stream during which they both were very drunk & angry, wherein Alex said some sort of insult about Nora, to which Ralph retaliated by taunting Alex about his girlfriend or fiancée, who allegedly died (of cancer iirc), by singing an impromptu, cremation-themed parody of “Dust In The Wind.”

My assumption is that PewDiePie bought a stake in the company, which means a nice cash injection. I would assume DLive knows the audience they are dealing with, and have adjusted accordingly. The Gunt jumped over there with 0 warning, and never allowed them to catch up to the instant influx of viewers. Too bad, Guntboi might have had some clout at DLive, but not now.

Ralph reminds me of the fat guy from Silent Hill 2. Always acting innocent but his true nature is a psychotic cunt who would kill anyone that crosses him or makes fun of him even go as far as shooting a dog.
 
In hindsight it is easy to say Ralph should have stuck with Dlive, but that site was a fucking mess when he tried it. Not sure how long ago Dlive turned the corner, but seeing as he lost a large percentage of viewers on stream.me, a site that had it's problems but mostly functioned, he may have lost more before Dlive straightened itself out.

It also seemed like the owners or whoever were getting ready to give him the boot anyway with sudden Tos changes. Didn't help that his autistic fans were spamming every stream possible with alt right memes. It may have been better that he bailed on his own because now he can go back without having to circumvent any kind of ban, not that he doesn't have experience doing so already.

All of that aside it is hilarious the place he chose suddenly closed while the site he trashed just made a deal with one of the biggest content creators ever.

Every day I woke up while withdrawing from alcohol was a day I wanted to die. It was painful, both physically and emotionally. You lose focus and concentration, you're simply incapable of functioning like you should be able to. And this doesn't last for a month, it takes multiple months to fully get over it. Sure, after three or four weeks you start to feel better, but the headaches alone can be debilitating. Weekends I didn't want to leave my barracks room.

That's for someone in shape, by the way, disciplined and self-motivating. You think it would be any easier for Ralph, a guy so overweight he's got a gunt?
