From what I understand the context of the recording is that the fan and his gf (who might be a fan too idk/remember) were in the hotel room he was at. Destiny gets up and leaves the fan on the couch while he goes off into another room, moments later there's moaning going on, and with as brainwashed as his fans are (they're Jonestown level bad) it's not difficult to decipher what was happening.

In any case it's these kinds of people who are so devoted to him that it's not only believable but would be unsurprising who are going after people that Destiny doesn't like's shit. As in dedicated and unrelenting autism.
