I'd leave him to twist in the wind for a while. His own crowd is not going to tolerate betrayal and it would be justice for him to get a taste of his own medicine. He's such a dumb bastard that he probably hasn't even talked with Ty yet to get some deal in place. I'd love seeing him get blasted from both sides.
