It's really not a big deal. Most people will get into more than one traffic accident in their lifetime and someone has to be at fault. The only interesting point here will be how Spoony deals with it (begging for a car, spazzing over court, etc).

Spoony has a history of lying about things when it's convenient and paints him in a better light. People on his subreddit have actually cataloged a lot it very well. A really good example is after JewWario's death Noah seemingly went on about how close he was to him. Despite reports that Spoony wasn't actually close to the Channel Awesome gang outside of strictly work related functions due to his reputation of being really aloof. Recently it went as far as Spoony claiming that Jew Wario's suicide actually is the reason why he hasn't been producing content

This is a lie and it's very provable. Jew Wario's suicide occurred in January of 2014. To date Spoony's last gaming review occurred in August of that same year.

People paying attention can also note that this isn't the first claim Spoony has made in reference to what caused him to completely cease producing content that requires any form of work. Previously he blamed his many vague and undefined illnesses.

Personally I think Spoony is delusional and can't come to grips over what he did so he just lies and hopes everyone will just accept that. It's not. He refuses to criticise or disown any of his former peers and pulls strenuous mental gymnastics to do so. It took him months to explicitly acknowledge CTC for that reason and If I had to guess, the JewWario allegations bother him but he ignored them because the prospect of them being true is something he can't handle.

Its very unlikely, he posted "RIP Jew wario" images in his videos after his death and had his hat in the background of his videos. Which is funny upon retrospect since a fan was banned from his livestreams after saying it was really creepy that it was just hanging around there. And it's aged notoriously poorly due to the grooming accusations.

True, I don't think the same legal implications apply like they do in crowdfunding (Such as Kickstarter campaigns being legally binding). It baffles me that people still donate to the guy, especially considering how much he's lost it.
