First time posting due to well all this crap happening. What is sad is the lack of logic people have not been applying to this case on the KickVic side. Like Jessie Pridemore saying she never said Todds name but weren't there screenshots where she was confirming it was him. Like "Oh 7 out of 10 people guessed correctly. Oops Now 8 out of 11." Like that pretty much throws her argument out the courtroom. That's not including the "What lawsuit? What Judge? It's a scam." these people deserve everything they get.

If these retards at PULL even bothered to listen to Rekieta, the Apple store was called and they said that they don't do errors on casting. They have to implement what is given to them by the company holding the license, and any errors made by Apple staff would result in disciplinary action.
The same was done on other sites too with Vic's recent releases.
So, either someone who worked at Apple who handled the Broly port hated Vic so much that he/she did this, or it was Funimation who did it. Since these people talk about likelihoods and probabilities so much to try and justify the sexual assault allegations, why not find out the likelihood of something like this?

Yeah he's downed a few already. Still an informational stream though. Right now he's going over the discrepancy of how the KickVic's were all "the public doesn't have the right to know," yet Funimation publicly spoke about Vic's firing, and the Monica, Marchi et al wouldn't shut up about it either.

Same here. She's the only major #KickVic player (at least mentioned in the OP) that's blocked me. I have no idea why but I suspect it was likely after I made a tweet supporting Vic.

Too little too late. The weeks leading up to her swearing off Twitter gave lots of interesting statements that a law firm would have a blast looking at.
Even if Vic does turn out to be a horrible sexual predator who needed to be ejected from the community, this whole debacle is going to be the case study on how not to fire someone.

The issue isn't whether the public has a right to know. The issue is with what these idiots actually told the public. They started up a hashtag basically saying let's fuck up this guy's life, and then proceeded to do exactly that, even listing the specific jobs and contracts and venues they wanted him fired from and gotten rid of from.
Then this life ruining stuff actually happened, just as they'd colluded to have happen, as they planned in public to do.
We know this because they cleverly did it all completely in public on social media because that is just such a great place to hatch your civil conspiracy.
