It looks like the artist accidentally embossed another drawing over the Arthurcles (Herthur? ... I'm bad at portmanteaus). I can see the outline of a heart and what looks like "tiny milk" written on his kneecaps.
"Thurcules" is the best I can come up with. Anyways, while I can see the partial heart, there aren't enough letters for me to tell what the other drawing seems to have said.

Upon closer inspection I see "Th nk" written lopsidedly. It could be some sort of thank you picture, or even a "X views thanks everyone!" type of picture.

It could very well be that all the time I've spent on the internet has simply corrupted me and I can't help but see obscenity, even where it doesn't exist.. your explanation seems so much more realistic. I'm getting old.

Is this image some sort of fetish? The photoshop looks obvious with the legs and I can't help but feel the hands of the woman (the right hand) looks photoshopped.
It still wouldn't work as the body is made out of several reaction images of Joshscrocher himself. The lack of a background wouldn't make any less ridiculous and you'd still get the reaction of "Is that supposed to be a hydra?"
