Trump Derangement Syndrome - Orange man bad. Read the OP! (ᴛʜɪs ᴛʜʀᴇᴀᴅ ɪs ʟɪᴋᴇ ᴋɪᴡɪ ғᴀʀᴍs ʀᴇᴠɪᴇᴡs ɴᴏᴡ) 🗿🗿🗿🗿

Even when Mueller tells everyone that there's nothing, the Dems will dismiss him as a Russian asset.

No really, they've proven time and time again to throw their darlings under the bus if they fail them.

Hooray. It's almost over. Of course, it's going to be anticlimactic because there's NOTHING. Ha, ha, yes. The conclusion of the Russian narrative. Finally. CNN is going to DIE. It's finally gonna happen 3 years of megasalt and it's ending so quickly. I can't wait. The hype is real.
Oh, this narrative's never gonna end. That's the beauty of this angle they've taken: there will always be the possibility, however threadbare, of some new evidence coming to light. They might -- might -- grudgingly admit there's nothing to hang a case on right now, but they will never truly admit they were wrong.

Or they may just take the same approach they are takingg with Covington. Deny what their eyes see, endlessly repeat a narrative, throwing shit at the walls.

Guaranteed there will be some minor wrongdoing, it's almost impossible to act in such a complex system without making some mistake. It may even rise to the level of a fine for somebody.

That will be latched onto as supremely important and impeachable. Other ways to justify the narrative will include:

Mueller is bought
The new AG manipulated the findings
The US is already a tyranny
The Alt-Right controls the media and internet
The Russians control the US govt
Look at all the satellite indictments! That means he's guilty no matter what

There will be a pile more.

Yeah, you guys are all kind of right. As Hitler said (Or maybe Rudolf Hess edited), in Mein Kampf about "The Big Lie" conspiracy:

It would never come into their heads to fabricate colossal untruths, and they would not believe that others could have the impudence to distort the truth so infamously. Even though the facts which prove this to be so may be brought clearly to their minds, they will still doubt and waver and will continue to think that there may be some other explanation. For the grossly impudent lie always leaves traces behind it, even after it has been nailed down, a fact which is known to all expert liars in this world and to all who conspire together in the art of lying.

Typing "Learn to Code" is now a bannable offense on twitter.

No...really.

While I hate to agree with a bunch of idiots, I'm not going to say it's not noontime just because a clock is broken.

The state should spend no more money teaching bible stuff than they do teaching other religious mythology. Which isn't to say nothing at all, just no more than they spend on greek mythology, roman, norse, what have you. I'm fine with teaching religion as a lesson in human culture, but not with actually preaching those religions.

Lemme just say I agree with you. As a Christian (well, Methodist so close enough) I don't want ANY religion dictating the course of the country, as a country should be run on the most good to the greatest number of people, not feelings and emotions. Cesar unto Cesar and what not.

That said, Christianity forms the basis of America (yeah yeah the Founding Father were Deists, but their flavor of Deism had a definite Christian bend to it) and while I think the removal of Religious thinking as a basis for jurisprudence is good, an (optional) biblical literacy class is not the worst thing for helping the next generation has a understanding of the foundation of the country.

If a religiously-motivated piece of legislation is bad legislation, it's bad whether or not it's religiously-motivated, and can be fought on the grounds of being bad legislation. If a religiously-motivated piece of legislation is good legislation, it's good whether it's religiously-motivated or not and can be championed on the grounds of being good legislation.

So worrying about whether religion is dictating the course of the country is pointless. Don't give a fuck if the legislation is religious, give a fuck whether it's good or bad legislation.

The mother of all salt storms will be soon upon us.

I don't think Muller is going to say that NOTHING is the result, but I suspect Trump will be cleared of any serious wrongdoing. It's more likely that e.g. Kushner and others in Trump's inner circle will be found to have broken the law, at least in technicalities. I think both sides will be disappointed.

There's a YouTube channel I come across sometimes called Prager University who tend to sum up political ideologies as well as historical and scientific topics in bite-sized videos. A recent video called "Why Trump Won" is hosted/narrated by former Prime Minister of Canada Stephen Harper. This was true back in 2016, and I don't see how it's not true now in 2019.

Thinking they're going to drop the Russia narrative at any point within our lifetimes, well after Trump is dead and buried, is highly optimistic. These people still believe a 4chan shitpost about Trump liking watersports, for crying out loud.

My general idea is Mueller will announce it done but still throw some shade at Trump in his closing statement on the case which will give the media something to toy with for a week or two. He'll still say that Russia definitely fucked around but that overall nothing affected the general national election, just Russia trying to sow discontent in the nation, and that a few criminals had been brought to justice. But those suffering from severe late-stage TDS will likely go bananas, as is the norm.

That "cat-son" thing has to be a troll. As bad as "fur-mommies" and "fur-babbies" are, that's a whole new level of projection. I mean, don't get me wrong, I love my dogs to death. They aren't my children though.
