Remember when Spoony was making thousands a month and didn't have to worry about anything? Yeah I bet those were good days.
That being said, it music suck not being able to check on things like cracked ribs and whiplash. One good thing about free healthcare. He should have funneled some of the Patreon money he was getting years ago into a savings account in case something happened.

Did he really get into a car accident or is he trying to get sympathy to get people to give him money?
I really hate asking that question, but a lot of his health issues have been questioned in the past, and its been speculated that this is his way to panhandle.

We know (through April) that he emptied out his savings account to buy the house, and I'm sure he's burned through whatever was left over since.
I find it extremely hard to believe that Noah would a fabricate a story for money. He hasn't asked for any yet, nor has he in the past; I've pointed this out before, but Noah has a long history of being afraid of charity and will only passively accept money, not solicit it. The most he's ever asked for, I think, is for his stream viewers to watch his old videos for clicks.
He's a pathetic Twitter addict, but he lacks the fundamental grain of sociopathy which drives grifters like Brianna Wu and Greta Martel.

He really ought to get checked if his ribs hurt or at least take it easy best he can. Was in a bad car accident once and one relative had an x-ray immediately after and was warned the ribs might crack if he was feeling pain there, a few days later (because we had to do things to get by at home) said relative had a lot of pain and the ribs had cracked.
The injuries you get from a car accident can really be just the start. It can take a day or two for the full damage to become apparent (like if you pulled muscles or something) - it's really weird waking up one morning to see proper black bruises that emerged overnight.
Basically if Noah feels rough now, he's gonna be feeling several different sorts of awful over the next week.
