So he was sueing as a business entity, rather than as a private person. JY Knows It is a sole proprietorship. It's not legally distinct from Jonathan himself- it's essentially just another pseudonym for old JY. In this legal context it's as close as you could get to an actual fake business, which he's hiding behind to complain about an alleged fake business. The ex business partner called him out on that real fast and that case got thrown out, just like the first.
