⛓️ Incarcerated Levi Dane Simmons / SnakeThing / Nelizar / Nelizar_Neli / Buttne - Furry zoosadism Telegram ringleader, necrophile, puppy rapist, nephew molester (NOW IN JAIL, PLED GUILTY!)

I didn't follow this matter too closely because I prefer laugh at the sadcows and not the horror ones but I'm happy to see this update.
This sicko can get out on bail even with all the evidence against him?

People accused of very serious crimes (more than animal abuse which, to be honest, isn't considered as serious as it should be) get out on bail if they are judged likely to go to their court dates and not flee the country. Rapists, robbers, etc. But not everyone can make bail...
You're not wrong, but I don't feel like this guy's criminal behavior would get a federal prosecutor's nose hairs tingling unless he was orchestrating a ring of pedophiles or animal abusers for gain/profit.

IF he has CP, it has almost certainly crossed state lines one way or another. If it's almost nothing, maybe they'll take a look and then pawn it off on state prosecution... but most freaks don't have only one or two photos when they're into this shit. They've usually got troves and have connections where they're getting it. There are task forces that are happy to go after someone like that even if they're not 'orchestrating' a pedo ring... gotta start at the small fish and work up.
Too broken to fix. We need to invent something called 'shitty prison,' which is like prison, but shittier.
I know some nursing homes that would qualify. :\

Didn't SnakeThing distribute or possess crush videos/pictures? That's a crime under federal law.
Degeneracy is a crime against western sensibilities. I wish the distribution and ownership of crushing videos was illegal in all countries.
There are no laws in china about animal abuse, although the younger generation of Chinese are protesting against things like dog-meat festivals and fighting for stricter laws. God speed, Chinese youth.

Edit: Most of the crushing videos are made by chinks, so I've read.

There’s probably a lot of charges he could be facing that aren’t listed, like child pornography, possibly distributing child porn, bestiality, distributing bestiality, animal abuse, animal neglect, etc.

What’s interesting to me is that the definition for animal neglect in Oregon can be considered engaging in a form of animal abuse in front of a minor. I’m not sure why this is considered neglect but perhaps I’m reading the law incorrectly.

I’m thinking the neglect charges are just tacked on to see how much they can get to stick, probably to add onto the bestiality charges (allowed or caused an animal to become injured and didn’t bring them in for medical care).

Would be interesting to attend the hearing.

Thank god this event just didn't get ignored. The people in these leaks deserve the harshest of punishments. It's only one right now but it's at least something which could get the ball rolling for the others. Can't say i'm surprised it started with snakething. He was all over the leaks I could stomach to read.

It is a thing, and it became very publicized a little over a decade ago when a particularly horrific and cruel video of a Chinese woman in stilettos crushing a kitten to death went viral. The woman went into hiding; not sure what happened to her. The hullabaloo over that led to legislation in America.

https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/wo...-the-glamorous-kitten-killer-of-Hangzhou.html

That was one of the things that made me have one of those "WTF humanity" breakdowns. The "I can't believe humans can be this sick and cruel" moments. I've only had three. One was the murder of Farkhunda Malikzada caught on video, the other was the Kavanugh case and this.

I thought you couldn't see horrible shit like that on the regular web, but there's a website called The Cruel Onion that had all those bitch's pictures. She did it even to small monkeys if I can remember right and would crush to death small animals (baby chicks and stuff) between her breasts. I know people use the phrase "literally worse than Hitler" a lot, but she has a good enough resume. It could also be someone else, since I thought there was also another famous Korean one? I don't know, they're all fucking Asian though

protesting in China? cool story bro
the huge problem with dog meat is not that they eat it, but rather the fact that they BOIL THE DOGS ALIVE
and apparently dying in boiling water is even more painful than being set on fire
maybe Japan is more westernized and they have higher standards against degeneracy, Japan is the only hope for the east and they're on the right path!
Look what happened with the author of Rurouni Kenshin... fucker was found with CP, and they charged him with a fine equivalent to $1800 USD (wow almost 2 grand just for a little bit of CP)

Japanese justice is ruthless.

I doubt he was doing anything to warrant federal CP charges, unless he was selling the shit.
I'm not very learned about CP laws in general, but isn't possession alone enough to be charged? I don't know if he'd get hit on distribution, but I recall something about him being on a darknet forum where there was definitely animal abuse distribution. (I think it was on the Dogpatch article)

Which is why it's imperative that they speak with the nephews - and since they're family members, I can only hope that their parents let them tell the truth of what happened to them and aren't coached to lie and protect Levi just because he's their uncle.
My biggest concern is that the way Levi talks about his nephews implies he's been grooming them for far too long, like that one where he suggests drugging the poor kid wouldn't be necessary for his consent to some degenerate furries fucking him. (I've probably been added to three government watchlists just for that sentence alone) I hope, I hope, that the law enforcement and legal team in charge of the case have very competent child social workers and psychiatrists to talk to the kids if they were coached to defend Uncle Puppyfuck.

SnakeThing's group, 'BBB', also facilitated the distribution of child pornography. The content wasn't allowed to be shared, but was encouraged to be shared via private messaging. SnakeThing specifically said that he liked CP, so even if he doesn't get fucked for distribution, he almost certainly has possession of some of the content.

The proof of that is in this article, at the bottom of the Q&A section. There are also snippets of logs in the article that weren't included in the original leaks, but offer some better insight into Levi's group. I can verify the veracity, as I was Dogpatch's source for this article.

Sure, I mean... possession and selling of meth is also listed in Title 18 as a federal offense. But you getting busted with a bunch of grams hanging out on a street corner won't end up in a federal court.

I just wouldn't get up hope that the guy gets federal charges out of anything he's been busted with or alluded to. Federal questioning, maybe. As it stands, state convictions for felony sex crimes is gonna fuck him for life.

The feds will probably get involved if there is CP. Look at what happened to MadThad - he got nailed due to his own incompetence and stupidity (I guess the feds did find that backup hard disk full of CP after all), and he did 5 years in an FCI solely on possession. As for SnakeThing: What might happen with America's Sweetheart here is that he'll eventually go to trial on whatever charges the state of Oregon brings, get found guilty on at least some of them, do his time in an Oregon state pen, and then once he gets out, the feds will come a-knockin', at which point he's looking at another stint, this time in an FCI.

Sometimes it happens the other way around, too. :powerlevel: There was a guy up this way who got caught and charged with distribution of CP (many years after anyone that I knew stopped talking to him), and the feds put him away for over a decade for it. When he gets out, there are state-level charges because there was child molestation in the mix as well. :powerlevel:

Any way you look at it, there's a healthy chance that SnakeTwat is well and truly fucked, maybe even on more than one level.

He's not just selling it though. If we're going with this analogy he's the one (possibly) producing it, and distributing it to others. This would be the sort of thing a federal court could get involved in, especially if there's rings of distribution he's in/ leading.

Yes, but without some evidence of it being federal, it's pretty unlikely. Obviously, it's going to be from the Internet somehow and you could make some argument that that's federal automatically, but they're not going to bother unless there's a lot of it or he's producing and distributing it.

The fact it's an international group might interest them, especially if people or the news media get agitated about it too.
