If he says he's going to Ohio (a state I happen to live in) the gun laws are very loose here and it is legal to conduct gun sales online and offload them in commercial parking lots. If it's a private transfer and not from a licensed gunbroker you don't need to verify anyone and do what is called a 'spot check' which is basically just 'Is that guy outwardly crazy or criminal looking?'.

So Tyce still wouldn't be able to get a gun?

Ohio crazy is a lot different from other people's crazy. Tyce could easily get a gun here if he actually wanted one. I belong to three different Facebook groups of people just freely selling everything from handguns to high power rifles with telescopic lenses. It's really that easy.

Is he smart enough to figure that out, though? He's got shit reading comprehension and it might not occur to him to use Facebook.

to the people shouting "gun show loophole" ACTUALLY LOOK UP RELEVANT STATE AND FEDERAL LAW. jesus christ, in Tyce's state it would be near impossible for him to legally acquire a firearm and any interstate sale needs to go through an FFL.

What makes me worry is that he never claims to have a gun, he says "Tony" has one. This actuly bothers me more than if he said he had one. If Tyce was just bluffing around he probably would have claimed: he had one/was going to get one. We do not know how far Tyce's crew will help him with his delusional quest, but even if they were not going to kill for him, nothing is stopping Tyce from stealing Tony's gun. I agree this could (and maybe most likely will) end in another airsoft "war". I still worry about it though. Tyce just scares me - then again I am kind of a pansy. XP

Except Tyce is outwardly crazy and criminal looking.

As pro-gun as I am (you all know I LOVE my guns) I must admit there are some people who sell privately that absolutely don't give a shit, so long as the buyer has the duckets. That in turn gives ammunition to ignorant gun-grabbers and sensationalized media to start screaming about gun show loopholes, and "we need common sense gun control" and "WON'T SOMEONE PLEASE THINK OF THE CHILDREN????"

However, even the most unscrupulous gun sellers I've met will kibosh the sale if the buyer looks off or crazy or criminal. Tyce looks like 300lbs of batshit insane in a 160lbs bag, so hopefully any seller who doesn't want to be an accessory to a shooting will realize this and tell the Mureen Trane Tene to fuck off. Remember, with a face-to-face private sell, if the seller bought the gun from a dealer or had it shipped from a different state to an FFL, he would have had to fill out a Form 4473 which ties the serial number to the seller. That doesn't change to the new buyer since it's a private sale face-to-face. The serial number of the firearm is still tied to the seller and in the event of a shooting, if the weapon is recovered, it will trace back to the seller. No one wants that liability.

Have you ever been to Ohio before? The state is full of people who eat Skyline Chili and make TJChurch look normal.

Hurrhurrhurr confirmed as a Gold Star Chili patron.

The honeymoon is over guys. Tyce isn't a member of Deagle Nation "N-E" more. So whose left in the Nation at this point?

There's always the possibility he'll buy one because he can't read the info on the box stating that it is a "battlefield replica".

Basically what would happen when Tyce and da crew get one.

And the inevitable standoff between Jace and Tyce only with less dick and balls and more wolf and skeletons.
of course Jace's Desert Eagle .50 also says replica on it.

Considering 95% of DN are deepcover GMRFD agents, I'd say maybe four people.
Despite what many people think, at this point Gamerfood only has one or two rats in DN and they barely do anything except lurk the forums and they only log in once every month or so. Most of the people on the forums in general are just fans unaffiliated with any major group who want to get front row seats on Jace's sperging and join in on the fun a little. The amount of people actively trying to deep cover/fuck with him right now (and being skilled enough to pull it off) can be counted on one hand.

But if you're talking about the real life Deagle Nation, the bumbling retards Jace calls his "street team", four is a very optimistic guess. Kyle probably doesnt count because he just wants to sell weed. Caleb is Tyce's plaything and thus probably left with him. Eli is in Israel. Colby is MIA after abandoning Operation CODERED because he didn't want to deal with the mice infestation, although Jace may have kissed and made up by now since that was like two weeks ago, we're not sure. We have not heard anything about Brandon or Steve in a very long time but it's been implied both of them are closer friends of Tyce's than Jace's anyway.

Point is, Deagle Nation is pretty much just Jace and Eli at this point, MAYBE Colby.
