I'm not sure it does ride up. It's hideously tight on her and there's a massive roll just underneath where it sits - I think that she puts it on that way because it's the only way it will fit. I could be wrong, but she's been wearing it through at least a 100lb weight-gain so, even if it sat properly before, it must be tight as fuck now. It's stretched to hell and will only reach across the "narrowest" part of her back at a very odd angle.

It's also always in that same position, providing whatever support the poor thing has left in it to her armpits. If the band was too loose, surely we'd see some difference in its positioning? Too loose? No way. The bra is shifting to the smallest part of her back, and that's square in the middle of her dainty scapulas. It's very common for deathfats who won't admit to their real size. If the band is too big, there's no support, the front sags forwards, and the back rides up. As a couple of posters said above, Amber is wearing hers the way she is because it's stretched to shit and that's the only way (and place) that it'll fit. I don't know if band sizes big enough to fit her properly even exist, to be honest.

Amber is not human shaped anymore; common bra knowledge no longer applies. If she were to get a "proper" band size (at least 60 inches, my guess) she'd have to wear it so the band is underneath the fat slabs on her back in order to prevent it from riding up towards her neck. But that won't work because the shoulder straps would have to be unnaturally long for the band to be worn that low, and the cups part would be so low as to practically be around her waist.

e: The only bra I think might work properly on her shape is one of those bustier type ones, but that would be prohibitively expensive to acquire because she'd need a huge custom one.

Just My Size is inexpensive and goes up to a 6XL and as an added bonus, they have a bra that closes in the front! The cup size would probably be an issue but I also don't believe Amber is anywhere near a 'B' cup. I don't think she has particularly huge boobs, but she's probably a lot bigger than we assume.
